I am a senior content designer, content strategist, conversation designer and writer.
I am an expert in user-centred design of websites, apps and digital services, and conversation design. I have extensive experience of working in and leading Agile teams to create better products.

My early career was in journalism, in newspapers, radio and television news.
I’m based in east Norfolk, England. I’m able to travel for occasional meetings.
When I am not working, you can find me kayaking or sailing on the Norfolk Broads, walking, watching wildlife or volunteering as a seal warden on the Norfolk coast.
